Is parking available? +
Parking is on the street. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to allow time for parking.
How should I prepare for my appointment? +
Please arrive with clean lashes and skin whenever possible. Avoid mascara, heavy eye makeup, and strong exfoliants before facial services.
What are some things to avoid after my service? +
For lash and brow services, avoid getting the area wet, swimming, steam, hot yoga, and heavy sweating for 24 hours so the service can set properly. For facial services, avoid strong exfoliants, retinoids, direct sun, and heavy heat unless otherwise instructed.
How soon can I rebook my next appointment? +
Rebooking depends on your service. Lash fills are typically every 2–3 weeks, lash lifts every 4-6 weeks, and facials can usually be scheduled monthly.

Cancellation
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Thank you!
Card on File
A card is required to book and holds your appointment securely. Charges will be made after service.
Late Arrival
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service time.
No-Refund
& Adjustment Policy
All services are non-refundable. Adjustments are considered on a case-by-case basis.
After Hours Services
Services outside of normal operating hours are available upon request for a surcharge of $60.
